Jon is passionate about leading LAUNCH UK & IRELAND to continued growth, strengthening partnerships, and in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Richard is a valued member of our leadership team and serves as National Sales Manager, while also leading our East Anglian region. Having been with LAUNCH for over ten years, he has an exceptional understanding of our business, products, and customers. His extensive knowledge and hands-on experience make him a trusted source of advice and support for both colleagues and customers, playing a key role in driving sales, developing the team, and maintaining the high standards of service for which LAUNCH is known.

hands-on approach, they build lasting relationships. Through product demonstrations and taking the time to understand each customer's individual requirements,
they help workshops find the right diagnostic solutions to improve efficiency and performance and stay ahead of the game.

Mike Carter

Regional Technical Sales Manager

Mike is our Regional Technical Sales Manager for the South West, Midlands, and the Republic of Ireland. With over 25 years hands-on experience in the automotive industry as a motorsports technician and master technician with VAG group, he understands the day-to-day demands of busy workshops working with vehicles, motorbikes and ADAS. Known for his honest, practical approach, Mike is dedicated to delivering outstanding service and building long-lasting relationships with the customers and sales team he supports.

Having held a variety of sales and management roles, he understands the needs of workshops and is passionate about providing practical advice, responsive support, and excellent customer service. Dan is committed to assisting customers in finding the right diagnostic solutions to keep their businesses moving.

Technical Support Team Leader

Having spent 30 years with the JLR brand as both a Jaguar Master Technician and Field Engineer, Rob brings exceptional technical expertise to the LAUNCH support team. His in-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, ECUs, and diagnostics, combined with previous technical support experience, makes him an invaluable resource for customers. Whether helping to diagnose a fault or answering technical queries, Rob is always on hand with practical advice and expert guidance.
