Launch Tech UK Ltd, the UK’s leading vehicle diagnostics brand, is proud to announce the relocation of its head office and warehouse from Plymouth to Milton Keynes. This move marks a significant milestone in the company’s development and follows its acquisition by Launch Europe GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Launch Tech Co. Ltd.

A Strategic Move to Support Growth and Service Excellence

The relocation to 30 Alston Drive, Bradwell Abbey, Milton Keynes, MK13 9HA, forms a key part of Launch Tech UK’s long-term strategy to enhance customer service, technical support, and training capabilities. The new facility provides improved logistics, greater accessibility, and space to support our growing team and service offerings.

Investment in People and Performance

As part of our expansion, we have established several new departments at the Milton Keynes site, including Technical Support, Customer Service, Warehouse, After-Sales, Marketing, Accounts, and Finance. These teams are now fully operational and focused on delivering a seamless customer service.

We are also pleased to welcome two new Area Sales Managers:

• Jamie Hunter (covering the North)
• Robert Allardyce (covering Scotland)

Minimal Disruption During the Transition

Our logistics and support teams remain fully operational during the move. While some minor delays to orders may occur, we are working hard to minimise any disruption and maintain the high standards our customers expect.

Leadership Transition

As previously announced, Dave Richards, owner and Managing Director of Launch Tech UK, will soon be retiring after more than two decades of outstanding leadership. We thank Dave for his vision, dedication, and the pivotal role he has played in building the Launch Tech UK brand. Details of our new leadership team will be shared this Autumn.
