Launch Tech UK highlights benefit of its Turbo, EGR, CAT, and DPF Cleaner for enhanced vehicle performance

Launch Tech UK is highlighting the benefits of its advanced Turbo, EGR, CAT, and DPF cleaner, designed for use in both petrol and diesel vehicles, that targets and eliminates contamination throughout all post-combustion areas, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of exhaust systems.
Over time, exhaust systems accumulate sticky gum, tar, and carbon particles from unburnt fuel, leading to inefficiencies and potential running issues. Launch Tech UK’s cleaner effectively addresses this problem by breaking down and removing these contaminants, thereby restoring the exhaust system to its intended function.
The cleaner works by adding oxides to the exhaust gases, lowering the burn temperature of gum and tar from 600 degrees to the normal operating temperature of 400 degrees. This process ensures that sticky residues are burned off during regular vehicle operation, allowing smaller particles to flow through and preventing blockages.
Launch Tech UK’s turbo, EGR, CAT and DPF cleaner is particularly effective in resolving issues in critical areas such as Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valves and Coolers, Diesel Turbos, Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) and Petrol Oxidating Catalyst (POC), Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and Petrol Particulate Filter (PPF) and Exhaust Flow, ultimately helping avoid costly repairs in the future.
In EGR Valves and Coolers, Launch Tech’s cleaner prevents sticking and failure by removing carbon deposits. In Diesel Turbos it cleans variable vanes to ensure proper boost levels and accurate ECU readings.
For DOC and POCs the cleaner removes contaminants to facilitate proper regeneration and cleaning processes. And in DPFs it clears blockages, allowing effective filtration and preventing running issues. Plus, it maintains back pressure and dynamics by preventing carbon build-up in the exhaust system.
Richard Collyer, national sales manager at Launch Tech UK, comments: “We advise regular use of our Turbo, EGR, CAT and DPF cleaner to keep the entire exhaust system clean. It is recommended to use this product every three months with average mileage.
“If not that often, then at least once a year the product should be applied during vehicle servicing – this will clear years of contamination to avoid costly repairs in the long term and help to enhance fuel efficiency and performance.”
