RETURNS POLICY

At LAUNCH UK & Ireland, we want you to have complete confidence in every product you purchase. If something isn’t right, our team is here to help you resolve it quickly and professionally.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return for the following reasons:

Damaged on Arrival

Product arrived physically damaged, broken, or incomplete.

Incorrect Item Received

The product does not match what was ordered.

Faulty or Defective Product

Product develops a fault within the warranty period.

Unwanted/Ordered in Error

Unused items may be returned subject to approval and restocking charges.

Missing Items or Accessories

Parts or components not included in the shipment.

Warranty Repair Request

Product requiring assessment by our technical team.

All return requests must be submitted through our Contact Us form using the dedicated Returns Request option. 

2. Conditions of Return

To ensure we can process your return efficiently, please note:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Products must include all accessories, manuals, and components.
  • A Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number must be issued before sending any item back.
  • Items sent without an authorised RMA cannot be processed.
  • Unwanted items must be in unused, resaleable condition.

3. How to Request a Return

All return requests must be submitted via the below form

Please provide:

  • Order number / invoice number
  • Product name / serial number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos (where relevant)
  • Your preferred contact details

Once received, our team will review your request and provide your RMA number along with return instructions.

4. Refunds, Replacements & Repairs 

Depending on the assessment outcome, you may be offered:

Refund

Issued once the product has been inspected and approved.

Replacement Unit

Provided when the item is faulty or incorrect.

Warranty Repair

Some items require assessment by LAUNCH UK & Ireland or LAUNCH Europe’s technical service team. We will handle all logistics and keep you updated.

5. Exclusions

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage
  • Items with missing components, plugs, adapters, or packaging
  • Products modified, opened, or repaired by unauthorised technicians
  • Software licences and activation codes (non-refundable once issued)

6. Shipping Instructions

Once your RMA is approved:

  • Package the item securely to avoid transit damage
  • Clearly mark the parcel with your RMA number
  • Follow the return address provided by our team
  • Keep your courier tracking information for confirmation

Transit damage caused by inadequate packaging may void the return.
