Although your X431 will not stop working once your subscription to software updates has run out, you will be unable to take advantage of the latest software updates which are regularly released by Launch.
These software releases constantly develop and improve the functionality and reliability of Launch products and we strongly recommend keeping up to date.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT SERIAL CODES FROM GENUINE UK X431 Eurotab UNITS.
Important notice: Upon processing your order, Launch will update your subscription package using the registered serial number of your X431 unit. This can be found on your original invoice from Launch or on the back of the unit itself.
To ensure a quick turn around it is important to include your "Serial Number" in the serial number box above the "ADD TO ORDER BUTTON.

How quickly will my order arrive?
All orders received before 11am will be dispatched same day using a next day delivery (UK Mainland) service for large items and 1st class for small parcels. Most orders received after 11am will go out same day although we cannot guarantee this. The remaining items may be dispatched the following working day (Mon – Fri). If you have an urgent requirement, please let us know at the checkout, or phone-in your order.
How can I track the status of my order?
We will keep you updated with the status of your order via email and text. Once the order has been dispatched you may track the parcel using the tracking code provided in the ‘confirmation of shipping’ email. If you are unsatisfied in any way at all, please return the unwanted item within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused and retain its original labels & packaging. Sale items are not returnable or refundable.

If you think you need to return your item, the first step is to contact us by email (email@example.com) or telephone (01752 344989). Please include a copy of the invoice and state the reason for returning the item and whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund.
