The Launch UK DPF Gun Kit is a complete and highly effective solution designed to professionally clean and restore diesel particulate filters. Used together, the DPF Gun and specialist cleaning fluids work to dissolve heavy soot build-up within the DPF, even in cases where the filter will no longer respond to a forced regeneration.
The treatment process reduces soot levels and improves exhaust flow, allowing the vehicle’s DPF software to successfully carry out a regeneration and recover correct filter operation.
The kit includes:
• 1 × Launch UK DPF Cleaning Gun
• 2 × DPF Cleaner & Flow Restorer
• 1 × 1 Litre DPF Gun Particulate Filter Cleaning Fluid
The procedure can be completed with the DPF remaining in-situ and typically takes around 20–30 minutes. One litre of DPF Gun Cleaning Fluid is generally sufficient for two vehicles, although heavily contaminated filters may require additional treatment.

How quickly will my order arrive?
All orders received before 11am will be dispatched same day using a next day delivery (UK Mainland) service for large items and 1st class for small parcels. Most orders received after 11am will go out same day although we cannot guarantee this. The remaining items may be dispatched the following working day (Mon – Fri). If you have an urgent requirement, please let us know at the checkout, or phone-in your order.
How can I track the status of my order?
We will keep you updated with the status of your order via email and text. Once the order has been dispatched you may track the parcel using the tracking code provided in the ‘confirmation of shipping’ email. If you are unsatisfied in any way at all, please return the unwanted item within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused and retain its original labels & packaging. Sale items are not returnable or refundable.
